Zacuto C100 EVF Recoil

The shoulder-mounted Zacuto C100 EVF Recoil includes the Zacuto VCT Universal baseplate, C100 Z-Finder Bracket with an Axis Mount for C100, and Zgrip Relocator. This Recoil rig is designed to provide optimal balance whether shoulder mounted or on a tripod. When lenses and cameras are similar in weight, the balance point is where the lens meets the camera body. With this Recoil rig, the balance point will be directly over your shoulder. This requires focus, monitoring, and camera controls to be relocated forward, creating a lighter and shorter rig.

The VCT Universal Baseplate has a built-in, curved shoulder pad, a v-wedge tripod connector, 6.5" (16.5 cm) iris rods, and rows of 1/4"-20 threads along the sides for accessories. The recessed rod mount offers maximum accessory space under your camera lens.

The Zgrip Relocator is an articulating handgrip that incorporates the Grip Relocator for your Canon C100/300 removable control grip. It provides full articulation via lever, and a right-angle cable connects to the port on your camera. It offers trigger on/off control, lens aperture control, waveform, 1:1 zoom, zebras, and more.

The C100 Z-Finder Bracket, which comes with the Axis Mount for C100, attaches to the handle of your C100 camera with 1/4"-20 screws and provides multiple accessory attachment points. Along the top of the bracket are two 1/4"-20 threads alternating with two 3/8"-16 threads. The Axis Mount provides a quick-release 15mm rod port for an Axis Mini or articulating arm.

Note: This rig requires the addition of a monitor or Zacuto EVF.
